Blue Oak Master Report Template

Every client report — from a live assessment or from pasted notes — is generated by opening this Word template and filling only the {{PLACEHOLDER}} fields. Branding, fonts, tables, headers, and page layout are preserved exactly as authored.

Google Calendar Integration

Loading…

Blue Oak needs a Google OAuth application credential to securely request read-only access to your Google Calendar. This is a technical Google connection and does not create a veterinary client.

Step 1 — Developer configuration

Checking configuration…

Manual steps required (workspace admin, one-time):

  1. In Google Cloud Console → APIs & Services → Library, enable the Google Calendar API.
  2. Under Credentials, click Create Credentials → OAuth client ID. Application type: Web application.
  3. Add Authorized JavaScript origin: your Blue Oak URL (e.g. https://blue-oak-intuition.lovable.app).
  4. Add Authorized redirect URI:
    https://connector-gateway.lovable.dev/api/v1/app-users/oauth2/callback
  5. Copy the resulting Client ID and Client Secret.
  6. In Lovable, open Workspace Settings → App User Connectors → Google Calendar and paste the Client ID and Secret. That's the "Create client" screen you saw — it's the Google OAuth client, not a Blue Oak veterinary client.Docs

The Client Secret stays in Lovable's connector storage. Blue Oak never sees it in the browser or in application code.

Step 2 — User authorization

Complete Step 1 above. The Connect button unlocks once the workspace-level Google OAuth client is registered in Lovable.

SMS Provider

Connect an SMS provider (Twilio) so client reports can be delivered by text message. Until a provider is connected, SMS deliveries are queued — not failed — and the report is still generated, saved, and available via secure link and email.

To connect Twilio:

  1. Create a Twilio account and buy or verify a sending phone number.
  2. Add three secrets to this workspace: TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN, and TWILIO_FROM_NUMBER.
  3. Redeploy. Any queued SMS deliveries can then be sent by pressing Retry in the report's delivery history.

Practice Profile

Appears in the header and footer of every finalized Blue Oak report. Entered once, reused automatically. Empty fields are omitted — no information is invented.
